We’ve recently repainted our stairwell and upper hallway. I want this area to house a gallery of photos of family and friends. I’ve been playing around with how to arrange this gallery and found the following example, that I think may be the winner:

Although this one also caught my eye, since I’m dealing with two walls. I love how the display goes around the corner and up the stairs:

I like the top one as it looks like you could easily add to it without breaking the rhythm. but like you, I also like the gallery going around a corner. The poosibilities are endless.

ReplyDeleteI love both ideas - why not use both? You could easily carry the layout from the top wall around the corner like in the second picture. Only the pictures on the second wall could be sloped, so opposite from how they are in the second picture (does that make any sense?!)
